Pramod Ratwani, founder & CEO of Consilium Software, said Datasquirt's multiple
channel software CONTACTT was a good fit with Consilium's solutions for contact
centres.

"Datasquirt's offering complements existing voice-based solutions by integrating SMS
text messages, email, web chat and faxes into contact centre workflows. This
provides new ways for contact centres to provide new customer services or improve
existing services," Pramod Ratwani said.

The ability to integrate text messaging was particularly important, he said. Recent
surveys showed that more than 60% of Generation Y (born between 1980 - 1996) and
more than 30% of Generation X (born between 1965 - 1979) used SMS text messaging.

"Datasquirt's CONTACTT is available via the SaaS (Software as a Service) model and
that means contact centers can quickly and easily introduce text messaging to
increase cost-effectiveness, accelerate service and increase customer response
rates," Pramod Ratwani said.
